Of greatest importance are his compositions for fp. V. gravitated to the genre of characteristic fp. plays marked by improvisational presentation and combining the "brilliance" of texture with lyric content, rich harmonious. colors. Fp V.'s works influenced F. Schubert - impromptu Czech. composer served as a prototype for his own impromptu and musical moments. Later, this influence was perceived in their FP. works of F. Chopin and F. Liszt. Some of V.'s works were reprinted in collections of monuments of ancient Czech music - Musica Antiqua Bohemica (1, 1934, impromptu op. 7) and Ancient Czech Masters, as well as in separate editions.
