In 1924-33 he taught at the muses. labor faculty, since 1930 - in Washington. conservatories (classes of flute, chamber ensemble and teaching methods on wind instruments; since 1945 professor). In 1942-45 he also taught at the Musical Pedagogy. Institute named after Gnesins. The author of muses. production. including the opera Lieutenant Schmidt (1938), a concert for voice, flute and orchestra (1942),sketches for flute (1937-51), etc., as well as teaching aids: “Technique of playing the flute” (M., 1931), “School for flute” (M., 1933), “Methods of teaching the playing of wind instruments” (M., 1953).
