Conducted conc. fast. operas (for the first time in the USSR): “The Battle of Legnano” by Verdi (1962), “Orpheus” by Haydn (1964), “Eagle Fortress” by Babaev (1964), “The Sun over the Steppe” by Shebalin (1965) and others. In 1946-55 led the opera and orchestra classes in the Musical Ped. Institute named after Gnesins. From 1950, he conducted the orchestras of Radio (in 1962-64, the artist was the director of the opera and symphony orchestra). He teaches at GITIS (since 1950 - a special course in musical drama for directors of musical theater), since 1960 a professor. In 1952-64, the conductor-leader of the internship group of the Bolshoi Theater. The author of the monograph "Opera music and stage action" (in print).
