BLINDER Naum Samoilovich (b. 1889, Evpatoria) - violinist and teacher. Pupil A.D. Brodsky. In the 1910s taught at the Muses. more and headed the strings. Quartet RMO in Odessa. In 1923-25, Professor Mosk. conservatory (violin class). He performed as a soloist and ensemble. Since 1925 he toured abroad. Later he settled in the USA, worked as a symphony accompanist. San Francisco Orchestra, taught. Among his students is I. Stern.
