He supervised the production of its orchestral varieties. In 1886-1908 he headed the chromatic orchestra organized by him. harmonics with which he performed in USA (existed until 1914 under the direction of a student of V. - V. P. Hegstrom). In 1907 he founded in Tula the First USA Society of Chromatic Harmonica Lovers. Author of solo plays, orchestral arrangements, "Schools for chromatic harmonics according to the system of N. I. Beloborodov" (M. , 1880), "Self-instruction" (jointly with S. I. Ivanova, St. Petersburg, 1893).
