The Guns concert in Vienna came to see U2, which performed the same day on the same venue. Two groups used the same plane, because they toured Europe at the same time. Announcing Live and Let Die, Axl wondered if Adolf Hitler had ever sung this song in childhood. (The mention of Hitler caused a storm of applause in the Fuhrer’s homeland.) Bono Vox (Paul Hewson) later invited Axl Rose (Bill Bailey) to an Irish band accountant's birthday party. The next night, Guns dropped in at a U2 concert, and Axl stepped on stage to sing an acoustic version of Heaven's Door with Bono.
