Sepultura - Rumors

The building, opened in 1900, as well as Consertgebau in Amsterdam, resembles the old Leipzig Gewandhaus, destroyed during the Second World War. In the interior decoration, the architects, as in Amsterdam, followed the traditions of the “shoe cardboard” model and achieved such perfect acoustics, which are considered worldwide the most suitable for classical music. The large hall, at the end of which Beethoven’s name flaunts and where the Boston Symphony Orchestra gives concerts, is equipped with 2625 upholstered leather chairs. Apparently, these are original products of 1900, which testifies to the quality factor with which they were made.
