Anata - Dethrone The Hypocrites

The village of Geiligenstadt is located northwest of the historic borders of Vienna. Nowadays, it is part of the city and is easily accessible by metro or tram. The area near Heiligenstadt is slightly hilly; the highest peak located nearby, Mount Kalenberg, is at some distance. Other similar villages adjoin Heiligenstadt - Nussdorf, Grinzing, Doebling. Now there are no borders between them, and almost the entire space is built up with city houses, and during Beethoven's time there were fields, vineyards, groves in the vicinity. From the top of Kalenberg opened beautiful views of the Danube and the spurs of the Alps. Vienna is also visible from there with pointed Gothic spiers and baroque domes of cathedrals.
