For Bob Neal, the future did not appear in such a pink light. Colonel sneak jumped over him: Bob managed to retain the title of impresario Elvis only until March 15, 1956. When his term expired, the singer received the full right to officially entrust his future to Tom Parker for 25 percent of all his income. In the gap, Parker managed to overcome the last obstacle that could hinder him by revealing to his partner Hank Snow that the contract signed with Elvis was concluded on the side, and not on behalf of their joint venture. It was a heavy blow for Snow, who, with no hesitation, was about to capitalize on the operation cranked up with Parker. When they parted, the Colonel was able to add another trophy to his collection of fleecy.
