The “Ring” is such a timeless supranational monument. And it is unfortunate that its epicity, versatility, "bulkiness" and, to be honest, the difficulty in perception do not always allow interpreters to convey to the viewer all the facets of the deeply humanistic philosophy laid down in him by Wagner. To look in the Ring for exclusively echoes of Schopenhauer's ideas is just as untrue as to assume that Wagner gave only a simple illustration of an ancient legend. The composer managed to step over not only the past, but also the present - he gave a universal recipe for saving mankind in the future. And now it’s already possible to make claims against humanity itself,which was unable to take Wagner's lessons.
