Moritz and Lena, whom I with great difficulty persuaded for the first time in my life to go to a concert, also asked me this question. On the one hand, the ticket price should remain within reason, on the other hand, I would like to buy decent places, in the end, this is their first exit. They wanted to sit not somewhere behind, but where they would hear well and see everything that was happening on stage. Together we opened on the Internet a diagram of the arrangement of seats in the hall, and I showed them where my place is on the stage: to the left of the center, if you look from the hall, next to the conductor, near the first violins. The soloist’s place is almost the same everywhere, only the cellists and pianists, of course, do not stand, but sit. If you want to see a violinist or pianist right in front of you, you should take a place on the left side of the stalls. If you want to look at the soloist’s fingers from above,you can take a place in the box of the first tier, also on the left and, if possible, in the front row, as close to the stage as possible.
